The colors displayed of the fabrics and the leathers are the exact colors given straight by its suppliers.

However, the colors yousee on your screenmay vary slightlydepending on its configurationand settings.

An explanatory video allows you to take your measurements simply and accurately.

If still more information was needed, thank you to contact the PLR company so that it can respond.

Beware: Taking measurements remains entirely your responsibility. You need to make sure the accuracy of the information entered in your profile before validating them during your order.

      

Price

The indicated preferential rates are applied only on our website.

They are associated with our detailed order process, taking measures and information completed and validated by the customer.

Shipping

The average delivery time for any « Tailor Made » confection purchase is estimated at 30 days from the confirmation of your order and payment (add 10 days for deliveries outside E.U., Switzerland and Norway).

The PLR company guarantees this delivery unless out of stock of certain fabrics, and / or leathers, and / or buttons, issues related to the carrier and in case of force majeure.

Shipping is free of charge.

     

Retraction

The PLR company allows you to cancel your order if the request is made within 24 hours maximum after validation.

Past these 24 hours, the cancellation is no more allowed. The manufacture process, including unrecoverable costs, has already been generated (purchase of fabrics, development of patterns, etc ...).

A notification will be quickly sent by email to confirm or not the cancellation of your order for your PLR « Tailor Made » confection.

       

Return

Each PLR « Tailor Made » confection is a personal and unique creation made according to your preferences and your measurements provided on your profile.

Therefore, no returns will be accepted except for error (s) made (s) during the production.

1. In the case of a custom error, the customer must send, by e.mail to member-services@patricklerolland.com, an explicit photo of him wearing his/her PLR « Tailor Made » confection, indicating precisely the zone (s) concerned.

2. In the case of a measurement error, the customer must send, by e.mail to member-services@patricklerolland.com, an explicit photo of him wearing his/her PLR « Tailor Made » confection indicating precisely the zone (s) concerned. The use of a measuring tape is necessary to clearly show the measurements.

Only be considered as measurement error, a PLR « Tailor Made » confection whose measures do not correspond to measures provided by you when ordering.

A notification will be quickly sent by email to confirm or not the return of your PLR « Tailor Made » confection.

        

       

Delivery and shipping

After confirming the order, www.patricklerolland.com undertakes to deliver to its carrier, all items ordered by the purchaser, within a maximum period of 72 hours (3 working days), depending on stock available.

PLR riding clothing and accessories purchased on our website are delivered in mainland France by La Poste Colissimo, with tracking, in 48 hours (2 working days).  

Deliveries inside the E.U and Overseas are made by La Poste, in Colissimo International, with tracking (according to destination).

Deliveries outside the E.U are made by local postal services, in Colissimo International. According to the destination, parcel's tracking can be included. 

Depending on destination, delivery time to International vary from 3 to 6 days (working).

The times indicated are average times and correspond to the usual processing time and delivery.

In case of items delivered at different times, given their availability, delivery time is based on the longest time, the PLR company reserves the right to split deliveries, only those goods shipped are debited.

The participation fee for processing and shipment will be charged for one shipment.

The PLR company can not be held responsible for consequences due to delayed delivery. 

The customer is required to check his parcel on arrival. It has a period of 48 hours to file a claim with the carrier in case of missing or damaged.

In the case of a technical product, the customer will pay particular attention to ensure the smooth operation of the product delivered, read the instruction sheet supplied to it.  

In case of apparent defects, the customer has the right of return as provided in this document.

Also for deliveries outside mainland France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on importing goods, customs duty, tax on the value-added and other taxes due under the laws of the country receipt of order.

Return for exchange

Pursuant to Article L 121-16 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 7 working days from the date of receipt of your order to return the PLR item(s) and request the exchange.

To be accepted, all returns must be reported by e-mail t member-services@patricklerolland.com before the return of PLR items.

You need to specify the corresponding invoice number and the order reference, with your comments, to ensure traceability and to process the application under the best conditions.

Prior to shipping items back, you must wait for the receipt of your e-mail sent by member-services@patricklerolland.com.

Returns must be sent to :

www.patricklerolland.com guarantees the exchange of PLR clothing or accessories, against the same item in a different size or color, within the limit of available stocks, provided that the article itself has been restored in its new condition and in its original packaging, without undergoing any degradation or transformation, and without having been worn.

Attention : for all exchange, the return shipping stays at your expense. We offer you the final delivery !

       

Retraction

Pursuant to Article L 121-16 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 clear days from the date of receipt of his order, to return to PLR company the articles that he would not agree, excluding sale items, for exchange or refund, without penalty except postage.

To be accepted, all returns must be reported by e-mail to member-services@patricklerolland.com before the return of PLR items. You need to specify the corresponding invoice number and the order reference, to ensure traceability and to process the application under the best conditions.

Prior to shipping items back, you must wait for the receipt of your e-mail sent by member-services@patricklerolland.com.

Returns must necessarily involve new items in their original packaging, with all their accessories, instructions and documentation.

The charges of your order you will be reimbursed on the basis of the cost of the option of standard delivery. The return costs stay at your expense unless the product delivered does not comply or is damaged during delivery.

The product is under your full responsibility until return to our premises. We advise you to return it using the option Colissimo, with tracking.

Our refund, by re-credit your credit card or bank check, will be made within 30 calendar days after receipt of your package in our premises.

          

Prices

Prices are in Euro currency (€). 
 
The price charged to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by PLR and this price included all taxes and including VAT for France and the EU countries (excluding VAT if live outside E.U & active from your record based on your address) ; it includes the product price, costs handling, packaging, storage products and commissioning.

The PLR company reserves the right at any time to change prices. However, for any accepted orders, the company guarantees PLR rates prevailing at the date of order confirmation.

The price on the product data sheets do not include shipping.

        

Payment

Payment is made via secured and encrypted system "E.transactions (process TLS security and HTTPS) Crédit Agricole Ile de France (third financial institution in France).

Visa, MasterCard and Blue Cards are accepted.

To increase the level of security, our web site adheres to 3D Secure ; a program to secure additional payments online, « Verified By Visa » and « Mastercard Secure Code ».

We also accept payment by Bank Transfer.

Case of force majeure

Are considered as force majeure releasing the seller from his obligation to deliver, war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied. Goods always travel at the risk of the recipient.

         

Language and Contract Law

When the contract is concluded between parties of different nationality or executed wholly or partly outside, the law applicable to it is, in principle, unless the parties expressly stipulated, the law of the place of supply.

Express agreement between the parties, this agreement is governed by and subject to French law.

For convenience, a translation in English has been established. However, in cases of dispute, only the French text would be authentic.

        

Litigations

This contract is subject to French law.

The PLR company can not be held liable for damages of any kind, whether tangible or intangible property, which could result from a malfunction or improper use of products sold.

It is the same for any changes resulting from product manufacturers.

The responsibility of PLR company will in any event, limited to the amount of the order and can not be held liable for simple errors or omissions that may occur despite all precautions taken in presenting the products.

In case of difficulties in implementing this contract, the customer has the option, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution with the help of a professional association for the industry, a consumer association or any other counsel of his choice.

It is recalled that the search for amicable solution does not interrupt "promptly" the legal guarantee, nor the duration of the warranty contract.

It is recalled that in general and subject to the discretion of the Courts, the provisions of this contract relating to the guarantee contract that requires the buyer to honor its financial commitments to the seller.

Complaints or disputes will always be received with attentive benevolence, good faith is always presumed in the person who takes the trouble to report these situations.

In case of dispute, the customer should give priority to the company for an amicable solution.

Otherwise, the Commercial Court of Nanterre has exclusive jurisdiction, regardless of delivery location and method of payment accepted.

        

Personal data

Information about payment cards are only entered on the site of Crédit Agricole Ile de France and we have thus never access there.

Regarding the other data (name, address, orders ...), it is stored on a secure server.

We will never disclose it to third party.

To do so, we made a statement declaration with the CNIL (National Commission of the Computing and the Liberties) under the reference 1302954.

We also are in harmony with the General Data Protection Policy (GDPR) of May 25, 2018.
