Shipping and Returns

    

All prices shown are displayed in euro (€) and are all inclusive (including VAT). They do not include shipping fees.

After creating your personnal account and if you live outside the European Union, all prices shown are displayed in euro (€) and are all free of taxes (excluding VAT). They do not include shipping costs.

For all purchases over 90 €, shipping is free! (offer only valid for metropolitan France)

For all exchange, we offer you the final delivery! (offer only valid for metropolitan France)

N.B : PLR must receive full payment of the ordered goods before your order can be processed and the contract formed.

Once the payment received by PLR,member-services@patricklerolland.com will send you an e-mail of confirmation to the address that you provided on your registration form.

So that you can follow your command, you will first get an e.mail confirming its registration "Order in Preparation" and another specifying its mailing by tracking Colissimo "Order Shipped".

 

Costs & time of shipping to mainland France (if purchase less than 90 €)

On www.patricklerolland.com shipping fees are fixed regardless of the weight and volume of your purchases :

- For any sending to mainland France = 9.00 € (Free delivery if order over 90 €)

After confirming the order, www.patricklerolland.com undertakes to deliver to its carrier, all items ordered by the purchaser, within a maximum period of 72 hours (3 working days), depending on stock available.

PLR riding clothing and accessories purchased on our website are delivered in mainland France by Colissimo in 48 hours (2 working days).

Costs & time of shipping to Europe and to Overseas French Territories

On www.patricklerolland.com shipping fees are fixed regardless of the weight and volume of your purchases :

- For any sending to the European Union and Switzerland = 15.00 € (10 € if order over 269€)

- For any sending to Overseas French Departments (DOM) = 22.00 € (17 € if order over 269 €)

- For any sending to Overseas French Territories (TOM) = 22.00 € (17 € if order over 269 €)

Deliveries inside the E.U and Overseas are made by La Poste, in Colissimo International, with tracking (according to the destination).

Costs & time of shipping to the rest of the World

- For any sending to Norway, all countries of Eastern Europe and Maghreb = 22.00 € (17 € if order over 269€)

- For any sending to the United States and Canada = 37 € (22 € if order over 249 €)

- For any sending to all African countries (except Maghreb), Near and Middle East = 37 € (22 € if order over 269 €)

- For any sending them to an another destination = 37.00 € (22 € if order over 269 €)

Deliveries outside the E.U are made by local postal services, in Colissimo International. According to the destination, parcel's tracking can be included. 

Depending on destination, delivery time to International vary from 3 to 6 days (working).

After confirming the order, www.patricklerolland.com undertakes to deliver to its carrier, all items ordered by the purchaser, within a maximum period of 72 hours (3 working days), depending on stock available.

Terms of Delivery 

The times indicated are average times and correspond to the usual processing time and delivery. In case of items delivered at different times, given their availability, delivery time is based on the longest time, the PLR company reserves the right to split deliveries, only those goods shipped are debited.

The participation fee for processing and shipment will be charged for one shipment.

The PLR company can not be held responsible for consequences due to delayed delivery. 

The customer is required to check his parcel on arrival and has a period of 48 hours to file a claim with the carrier in case of missing or damaged.

In the case of a technical product, the customer will pay particular attention to ensure the smooth operation of the product delivered, read the instruction sheet supplied to it.  

In case of apparent defects, the customer has the right of return as provided in this document.

Also for deliveries outside mainland France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on importing goods, customs duty, tax on the value-added and other taxes due under the laws of the country receipt of order.

 

Return for exchange

Pursuant to Article L 121-16 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 7 working days from the date of receipt of your order to return the PLR item(s) and request the exchange.

To be accepted, all returns must be reported by e-mail to member-services@patricklerolland.com before the return of PLR items.

You need to specify the corresponding invoice number and the order reference, with your comments, to ensure traceability and to process the application under the best conditions.

Prior to shipping items back, you must wait for the receipt of your e-mail sent by member-services@patricklerolland.com .

Returns must be sent to :

PLR Company – S.A.V - 5 rue Guy de Maupassant - 92500 Rueil-Malmaison - France.

www.patricklerolland.com guarantees the exchange of PLR Equitation clothing or accessories, against the same item in a different size or color, within the limit of available stocks, provided that the article itself has been restored in its new condition and in its original packaging, without undergoing any degradation or transformation, and without having been worn.

Attention : for exchange, the return shipping stays at your expense. We offer you the final delivery !

 

Retraction

Pursuant to Article L 121-16 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 clear days from the date of receipt of his order, to return to PLR company the articles that he would not agree, excluding sale items, for exchange or refund, without penalty except postage.

To be accepted, all returns must be reported by e-mail to member-services@patricklerolland.com before the return of PLR items.

You need to specify the corresponding invoice number and the order reference, to ensure traceability and to process the application under the best conditions.

Prior to shipping items back, you must wait for the receipt of your e-mail sent by member-services@patricklerolland.com .

Returns must necessarily involve new items in their original packaging, with all their accessories, instructions and documentation.

The charges of your order you will be reimbursed on the basis of the cost of the option of fast delivery.

The return costs stay at your expense unless the product delivered does not comply or is damaged during delivery.

The product is under your full responsibility until return to our premises. We advise you to return it using the option Colissimo, with tracking.

Our refund, by re-credit your credit card or bank check, will be made within 30 calendar days after receipt of your package in our premises.
